Role Overview:

As a MERN Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You’ll work closely with our backend, frontend, and design teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
• Create and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Optimize front-end components for speed and scalability
• Work with MongoDB databases, including schema design and aggregation pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Debug issues across the stack and ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in MERN stack development
• Proficient in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API)
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming
• Good understanding of security practices and API authentication methods (JWT/OAuth)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
• Understanding of basic DevOps workflows
