As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Build and maintain scalable ServiceNow apps.
• Customization: Tailor modules, workflows, and UI elements.
• Integration: Connect ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web services.
• UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces and dashboards.
• System Admin: Manage upgrades, performance, and troubleshooting.
• Data Management: Oversee data processes and ensure integrity.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to deliver and document solutions.
• Testing: Ensure functionality through testing and debugging.
• Compliance: Adhere to best practices and stay updated with platform advancements.
• Support: Provide training and create documentation for users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on application development and integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD).
• Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JDBC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
