Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative plans to attract top talent.
• Job Posting: Craft engaging job ads and manage postings across platforms.
• Sourcing: Find and engage top candidates through various channels and networks.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive hiring process with clear communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs.
• Negotiation: Handle salary and benefits discussions and extend competitive offers.
• Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Data Management: Track metrics and maintain accurate records to refine hiring strategies.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.
